Complex psychosomotic clinical picture mainly in men before the age of 50 with pressure pain in the perineum radiating to the testicles. Often associated with other symptoms such as predominantly sexual dysfunction. This is a so-called diagnosis of exclusion, in which other organic causes of the symptoms should be clarified.
