Here you can arrange a check-up appointment for a gastroscopy and/or colonoscopy.
To make the process as efficient as possible for you, we offer this process for follow-up appointments. An appointment without prior consultation is only under the following conditions possible:
- Known patients: You have already been to our practice and have already had an endoscopy here
- Clear indication: The medical necessity for a check-up has already been clearly established by us or your family doctor.
- Time recommendation: The recommended period for the check-up was adhered to.
- Important note To waive the preliminary consultation: A direct appointment is only possible if you are familiar with the procedure and risks from previous examinations. fully known and you expressly request a renewed verbal clarification of the situation. do without. If you are taking new „relevant“ medication (e.g. blood thinners), have a new serious illness or would like a personal consultation, we will be happy to arrange an appointment at our Awareness consultation.

The next steps to a direct endoscopy appointment
1. fill in the questionnaire
Please fill in the Preparation questionnaire (see download below) in full. This will help us to check your current state of health and the medical necessity (indication).
2. return of the questionnaire
Please send us the completed form - either by e-mail (endoskopie@brand-praxis.de), Post or through personal Throw-in in our practice mailbox.
3. making an appointment
After your documents have been checked by our team and the doctor we will call you promptly, to arrange an examination appointment with you.
4. collection of the documents (important!)
As soon as the date is fixed, please come to the practice once to pick up the following:
